Beverly A. Lake, 66, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on December 25, 1949 in Northern Indiana, the daughter of the late Omer Magness and Dorothy (Lemmink) Magness. Beverly was a homemaker. Beverly was preceded in death by a sister, Ella Louise Smith. Survivors include her companion, Larry Webster of Scottsburg, Indiana; a son and two nephews.
