Beverly Morris, 78, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Scott Memorial Hospital.  She was born on August 27, 1937 in Wilton, North Dakota, the daughter of the late Harry Thrailkill and Blanche (Haugen) Thrailkill.  Beverly graduated in 1955 from DesLacs High School in DesLacs, North Dakota.  She was a former employee of the old Watson Gas Company  and Shoppers Mart before retiring to baby sit grandchildren, attended the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Scottsburg Women’s Bowling League.  Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Morris; a grandson, Jayce Stallings and a brother, LaMoure Thrailkill. Survivors include two sons, Dean Morris of Rockport, Indiana and Mike Morris (Marla) of Seymour, Indiana;  two daughters, Carrie Peacock (Steve) of Deputy, Indiana and Shari Caldwell (Steve) of Aurora, Indiana; a brother, Terry Thrailkill (Barb) of Arizona; two sisters, Jeanette Marshall of Minot, North Dakota and Marilyn Iverson (Syd) of Arizona; eight grandchildren, Candice Hatton, Codie Morris, Ashley Stallings, Andrea Lee, Tyler Morris, Stephany Hazelwood and Alex and Sam Caldwell and eight great grandchildren.
