Bill Albert Reynolds

Bill Albert Reynolds, 69, of Lexington, Indiana, died on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at his residence.  He was born in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late James  Reynolds and Mary (Reynolds) Lynch.  Bill was a truck driver for Summitt Trucking in Clarksville, Indiana and also formerly drove for Burton Lumber Company in Blocher, Indiana.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and an avid Nascar fan, his favorite driver was Jimmie Johnson # 48 and a member of the New Market Christian Church.  Bill was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin Reynolds and Henry Burton and a sister, Louise Gibble.  Survivors include two sons, Billy (Nina) Reynolds and Henry (Lindy Hensley) Reynolds all of Lexington, Indiana;  a brother, Jimmy Reynolds of South Carolina; a sister, Ruth Simpson of Scottsburg, Indiana; five stepchildren, Kenny, Dwayne, Brian and Kevin Bratcher and Pam Meeks; fourteen grandchildren, Brooke, Holli and Madyson Reynolds, Cameron and Luke Hensley, Melinda Barrett, Brenda Swafford and Tara Glenn, Dwayne Bratcher, Jr.,  Amanda “Precious” Bratcher, Lauren Bratcher, Brandon Bratcher, Chanel Hendrick and Kennedy Bratcher, III and eight great grandchildren. Funeral Service:
2:00 pm Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home with cremation requested following his services.
Visitation:
11 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Burial of his cremated remains will be at a later date in Bethel Cemetery near Blocher, Indiana.
