Charles B. “Chucky” Owens, 55, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 3, 1960 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the son of Charles M. Owens and Joyce P. (Williams) Owens. Chucky was a former attendant at the old Madison State Hospital, also an employee of Owens Plumbing and Owens Heating & Air Conditioning and attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was preceded in death by by his father, Charles M. Owens. Survivors include his wife, Pamela S. (Johnson) Owens; a son, Dustin Owens of Scottsburg, Indiana; a daughter, Ashley Padgett of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother, Joyce P. Owens of Scottsburg, Indiana; two brothers, Desi Owens and his wife Karen of Scottsburg, Indiana and Billy Owens and his wife Peggy of Lexington, Indiana; a sister, Betty Bogard of Scottsburg, Indiana and four grandchildren, Chelsea Pence, Braiden, Kylan and Peyton Owens.
