Cora Davidson, 86, of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on September 23, 1931 in Breathitt County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Harvey Miller and Leatha (Campbell) Miller. Cora was married on April 25, 1952 to John “Junior” Davidson, who passed away on Dec. 25, 2004. She was a homemaker and a member of the House of Prayer in Austin, Indiana. Cora loved to read her Bible, cooking for her family and traveling when she was able. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Frank Robbins and Wayne Cooper; three brothers, Herman, Ed and Tolbert Miller and seven sisters, Nell Coomer, Lula Smith, Ola Fae Rhoden, Nola Neace, Pearl Sullivan, Ellen Campbell and Dulce Campbell. Survivors include a daughter, Joann White and husband Harold of Austin, Indiana; three sons, Lee Russell and wife Susan of Oxley, Missouri, Dennis John Davidson and wife Shirley of Chicago, Illinois and Lyndon Ulice Davidson and wife Diana of Austin, Indiana; fourteen grandchildren, Kim Brewer, Angie Southers (Brad), John White (Amber), Jason White (Christy), Stephen, Justin and Lee Russell, Emily Holley (Calvin), Melissa Rodriguez (Ramon), Dennis and Samantha Davidson, Brandi Frazier-Bey, Lyndon Davidson (Ashley) and Beth Amburgey (Trenton); eighteen great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
