Dale Eugene LaMaster, Jr., 65 of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016. Eugene was born on April 18, 1951 in Madison, Indiana, the son of the late Dale Eugene LaMaster, Sr. and Jacquelyn “Jackie” (Haskell) Clevenger, who survives. He was a retired Math Teacher for Scott County School District 2, for 20 years at Scottsburg High School. He was also a substitute teacher for both Henryville, Silver Creek Schools and Jefferson Community College. He was a life resident of Scott County, Indiana. Survivors include; his daughter, Holly and husband Dan Watson of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sons, Matthew S. LaMaster of Chicago, Illinois and Jonathan D. and wife Kyoko LaMaster of Tokyo, Japan; His mother, Jackie Clevenger of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Luanne and husband Tom Kane of Stafford, Virginia, Amy LaMaster Okeze of Tacoma, Washington and Breane and husband Charlie Breidert of Frankfort, Kentucky; a brother: Shawn LaMaster of Tuscon, Arizona; and four grandchildren, Savanah Watson, Charlee Watson and Raleigh Watson all of Scottsburg, Indiana and Mia LaMaster of Tokyo, Japan. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Eugene LaMaster, Sr. and a daughter, Dalynn Renee LaMaster.

A Celebration of His Life will be held from 5 to 7 pm Thursday at Collins Funeral Home.
Interment will be held at a later date in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Austin, Indiana.
