Diane Montgomery Jones, 60, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at her residence. She was born on October 2, 1954 in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Calvin and Mary Jane (Kennedy) Montgomery. Diane was a former pre-school teacher at First Christian Church and also worked as the secretary at Turning Point Church in Scottsburg, Indiana, where she was a member. She volunteered at Cradle and was the Matron of the old Maternity House in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin and her grandparents, Gayle and Bessie Dillander. Survivors include her husband, Donnie Jones; a son, Troy Mason and his wife Tia of Scottsburg, Indiana; a daughter, Shannon Burke and her husband Pat of Corydon, Indiana; her mother, Mary Jane Montgomery of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; two stepsons, Lewis Jones of Scottsburg, Indiana and Doug Jones and his wife Robin of New Albany, Indiana; five sisters, Marlene Hilkey and her husband Tim of Fairdale, Kentucky, Carlotta Laws and her husband Roger of Brandenburg, Kentucky, Della Murphy and her husband David of West Point, Kentucky, Marcella McGehee and her husband Jeff and Melissa Blankenbaker and her husband Randell all of Brandenburg, Kentucky; a brother, Owen Montgomery and his wife Tammy of New Haven, Kentucky; ten grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Jasmine, T.J., Emmalee, Conner, Drew, Drake, Dakota Phoenix and Victoria Angel; three great grandchildren, 25 nieces and nephews and numerous church family and friends.  Memorial Contributions: Cradle c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation: 4 to 9 pm Friday and after 9 am Saturday at Turning Point Church.

Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Turning Point Church with burial in Mt. Eden Cemetery in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
