Farris Feltner, Jr., 64, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Scott Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of the Farris Feltner Sr. and Dorcus (Deaton) Feltner. Farris was a former employee of the Golden Foundry, Cola Cola and also a car salesman for several area auto dealers.  He served during the Vietnam War as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corp, was a member of AA and was recently baptized.  Farris was preceded in death by his father.  Survivors include two sons, Norman and Vincent Feltner both of Scottsburg, Indiana;  his mother, Dorcus Feltner of Underwood, Indiana; two sisters, Patsy Hazelwood and Jacqueline L.
