Gary Gasser, 62, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at his residence. He was born on December 24, 1953 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of George Gasser and Martha (Hahn) Gasser. Gary graduated from Salem High School in 1973, was a former employee of CSX Railroad and also a self employed heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother and sister, Michael and Karen Gasser. Survivors include his mother, Martha Gasser of Scottsburg, Indiana; two brothers, Billy Gasser and John Gasser (Michelle) all of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Paula Rothrock (Paul) of Columbus, Indiana and several nieces and nephews. Cremation services entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
