Imogene Eversole, 83, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on December 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born on May 10, 1933 in Yerkes, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Adam and Ethel (Colwell) Colwell. Imogene was a retired assistant manager of the old Austin 5 & 10 in Austin, Indiana for about 15 years. She was a member of the Grace Covenant Church, where she served in the Ladies Auxiliary and was Chairperson of the Hospitality Committee. She was married on May 12, 1951 to William (Bill) Irvin Eversole, who preceded her in death on March 27, 2015. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by, her parents, a brother, Edward Colwell and a sister, Eria Colwell. Survivors include two daughters, Katrina King and her husband Glen and Regina Crump all of Scottsburg, Indiana; two grandchildren, Starr Schroeder and her husband Marc of Lancaster, PA and Samuel Adam Crump of Scottsburg, Indiana and three great grandchildren, Kaylee, Isaac and Isabella Schroeder all of Lancaster, PA.
