Joyce E. Kendall, 70, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017. She was born on December 20, 1946 in Antigo, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late George Howard Bierman and Myrtle A. (Kidd) Bierman-Wesley. Joyce was a retired employee of the old American Steel Cord Company in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was also a a former sexual abuse counselor for the State of Wisconsin, a former bus driver, and was a waitress at the Bass Lake Country Club in Wisconsin Joyce was a member of First Christian Church and a U.S. Army veteran. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Kendall and a brother, George Howard Bierman, Jr. Survivors include four sons, Wayne Kendall of Scottsburg, Indiana, James Kendall (Damitra) of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, Michael Kendall (Stephanie) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Todd Pranke (Peggy) of Wausau, Wisconsin; two daughters, Deanna Riley of Scottsburg, Indiana and Kathleen Campbell (Walter, Jr.) of Antigo, Wisconsin; a brother, John Bierman of Elcho, Wisconsin; two sisters, Virginia Bierman of Antigo, Wisconsin and Ruth Bera (Jerry) of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
