Kathy Jo Mauk, 50, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at her residence. She was born on October 15, 1963, the daughter of the late Gary and Alma Jo (Palmer) Allen. Kathy was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Janice Allen. Survivors include a son, Michael Mauk and his wife Erika of Seymour, Indiana; a daughter, Danielle Mauk of Scottsburg, Indiana; three brothers, Garrett Allen of Sellersburg, Indiana, Brian Allen of Scottsburg, Indiana and Carl Allen of Seymour, Indiana and five grandchildren, Bryson Mauk-Grider, Isabela, Molly and Ian Mauk and Mackenzie Smith.
