Larry Michael Smith, 60, of Lexington, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born in Scottsburg, Indiana.  Larry was preceded in death by his father, WIlliam Smith. Survivors include his mother, Evalee Smith of Lexington, Indiana; three sisters, Judy Smith-Wolfe and Erma Smith all of Lexington, Indiana and Linda Smith-Probst of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Merle Smith of Lexington, Indiana and several nieces and nephews. condolences: www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
