Mary Alice Campbell, 72, of Underwood, Indiana passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born December 15, 1943 in Otisco, Indiana, daughter of the late Lawrence and Reva (Hitner) Zollman. She was a homemaker and a member of the Underwood Baptist Church. She married Samuel Francis Campbell on July 7, 1962, who passed away on April 20, 2010. She was also preceded in death by a son, Timothy Samuel Campbell, who died Nov. 7, 2003. Her survivors include; four brothers, Leonard Zollman, Ivan Zollman, Larry Zollman and Dave Zollman; and a sister, Ellen Hall. All services will be private. Interment will be at Sodom Cemetery near Underwood, Indiana.
