Michelle L. Cissell, 49, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. She was born on July 28, 1967 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late Orian Maurice and Carol Alice (Copple) Chamness. She was a laborer at several area manufacturing facilities. Survivors include: a daughter, Angel Bowling of Austin, Indiana; two sons, Tyler Cissell of Underwood, Indiana and Derrick Chamness of Clarksville, Indiana; two brothers, David Chamness of Madison, Indiana and John “Jay” Chamness of Jeffersonville, Indiana; two sisters, Karla Eskridge of Louisville, Kentucky and Vicki Reed of Henryville, Indiana; and five grandchildren.
