Peggy Ellen Spicer, 56, of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born on March 26, 1959 in Lee County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Virgil and Ruby  (McIntosh) Spicer.   Peggy was a quality control inspector at the old Holm Industries in Scottsburg, Indiana, where she worked for 18 years, was a Christian and graduated from Austin High School in 1977.  She was preceded in death by three sisters, Brenda Carol Foster, Teresa Trulock, and Eugenia Campbell.  Survivors include a son, Jeremiah Justin Smith and his wife, Teresa of Austin, Indiana; a sister, Tina Mae Begley of Austin, Indiana;  a stepbrother, Bert Spicer of Austin, Indiana and four grandchildren, Kiley Birchwell-Smith, Ethan Yarber, Christopher Blanton and Magnus Smith.
