Randy Kilburn

Randy Kilburn, 62, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at his residence. He was born on November 12, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Betty R. (Barnett) Jones and Parnell Kilburn. Randy was a retired forklift operator for Aisin Drivetrain in Seymour, Indiana, where he worked for 16 years. Prior to working in Seymour, Randy spent 15 years at the old Bowater Plant in Scottsburg, Indiana. He graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1974 and loved all sports, especially horse racing. Randy was a huge Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty R. Jones. Survivors include wife of 30 years, Kathy (Denton) Kilburn; a son, Scotty and wife Kayla Kilburn of Scottsburg, Indiana; a daughter, Stephanie and husband Mike Gricius of Scottsburg, Indiana; his father, Parnell Kilburn of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Brenda Rutherford of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, David and wife Diana Kilburn of Scottsburg, Indiana and four grandchildren, Macy and Aiden Kilburn and Sophie and Ian Gricius. Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Collins Funeral Home with John Lowry officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Monday and after 9 am Tuesday. Interment will be in Scottsburg Cemetery
