To Dick's friends and family; Knew Dick for many years having met him while working for the Seymour P.D. Kept in touch over the years though briefly. As of late via Facebook. Hadn't heard from him for a week or so; wondered where he was. Rest peacefully my friend; will miss chatting with you. Sincerely.
