I am so sorry for the loss all of you are feeling. When I think about New Providence Church, my thoughts go to Bob and Phyllis. They were such "rocks" of the church. I just watched the video remembrance and as I sit here remembering those early years as neighbors and friends with Katherine; I can't help but smile. I have a lot of fond memories of time spent in their home and times we've spent at church. There were hay rides, picnics,Christmas carolling, live nativities (standing for hours and freezing) and lots of eating! Bob was such a shepherd of the church, a loving husband and father and a friend. He will be missed here on earth, but heaven is rejoicing.

To the family of Bob Dean. I just seen where Bob passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. I thought the world of Bob. He always had a smile on his face when I seen him. I watched the video of all the pictures of his life. He was a handsome man with a beautiful wife and family. I always thought, he and my uncle Alton Hall looked alike.

My sympathies to the family of Bob Dean. I just watched the video and what great memories. When I think of New Providence, I always think of Bob & Phyllis Dean. Your family touched my life in so many ways, driving around in your car with Joy for newspaper drives at the church, coming to your house after church, etc. A great man who will be missed my many!
