Robert N. Henry, 52, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 at his residence. He was born on September 1, 1961 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of Doris Henry and Ruth Edna (Richey) Henry. Robert was a life resident of Scott County and graduated from Scottsburg High School in the Class of 1980. He was an employee of Bruce’s Floor Care Service in Lexington, Indiana, a former general contractor, a member of the Vienna Baptist Church, the Moose Family Center # 2324 and Sons of the American Legion Post # 234. Robert was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Lee Henry on Oct. 29, 2009. Survivors include his mother, Ruth Edna Henry of Scottsburg, Indiana; his father, Doris Henry of Columbus, Indiana; a sister, Jeanette D. Bowman and her husband Earl of Scottsburg, Indiana; four brothers, John Henry and his wife Marilyn of North Vernon, Indiana, Russell Henry and his wife Orlena of Austin, Indiana, David Henry of Scottsburg, Indiana and Bruce Henry and his wife Yvonne of Lexington, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
