Roger E. Donohue, 59, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 13, 1959 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Paul Junior “Buck” Donohue and Doris Jean (Gasaway) Donohue. Roger graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1977 and was a former employee of Aisin Drivetrain in Seymour, Indiana. He had also formerly worked at Gen Acres and North Vernon Forge both in North Vernon, Indiana. Roger was a member of the Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church near Lexington, Indiana, enjoyed farming with his brother and loved to pitch horseshoes and bean bags with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and the mother of his son, Tammie R. Donohue. Survivors include his son, Bradley Donohue and wife Kristal of Scottsburg, Indiana; three brothers John L. Donohue and wife Theresa of Lexington, Indiana, Bill Donohue and wife Marcy and Jim Donohue and wife Judy all of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Kathy Paris of Lexington, Indiana; stepmother, Gale Donohue-Connors of Seymour, Indiana; two stepsisters, Robin McDonald and husband Stuart and Margie Thomas and husband Bobby all of Scottsburg, Indiana; two stepbrothers, Harvey Henson of Illinois and Ronnie Henson and wife Tamara of Austin, Indiana and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: 11:00 am Friday, May 25, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Thursday and after 9 am Friday. Interment will be in Scaffold Lick Cemetery in Blocher, Indiana.

The comfort of having a friend & brother may be taken away, but not that of having one. Roger brought so much joy to everyone around him. He'll be missed by many.

I known roger all my life 59 years he would take people in like ole hungry puppys I know I was one of them several times he would feed u loan u his car and give u money for gas to put in it he was good hearted ole country boy I will always b proud he is my brother
