Roger Warren “Flash” Tucker, 72, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at his residence. He was born on November 19, 1944 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late Elihu Woodrow Tucker and Mildred J. (Townsend) Tucker. Roger was a retired Indiana State forest ranger for approximately 30 years, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the American Legion Post # 9 in Madison, Indiana and Fraternal Order of Eagles in Aerie 655 in Seymour, Indiana.
