Terry Lee Couch, 43, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at his residence. He was born on April 22, 1972 in Seymour, Indiana. Terry was an employee of Zenith Logistics in Louisville, Kentucky, served in the Indiana Army National Guard for 9 years, enjoyed shooting his guns, NASCAR and dirt track racing and played the guitar. Survivors include his wife, Pamela M. (Sherer) Couch; a daughter, Kaitlyn Couch of Crothersville, Indiana; his father, Vernon L. Couch of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother, Alice F. Couch of Hazard, Kentucky; three brothers, Wesley Williams of Texas, Jeff Couch and David Couch both of Scottsburg, Indiana; a nephew, Alex Couch and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
Visitation:
4 to 6 pm Wednesday Cremation was requested following
the services.

I had the privilege of being Terry's supervisor at Zenith. In the time he was here he quickly earned the respect of both management and his co-workers. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you his family and please know he will be missed here.
