Timothy Paul Porter, 37, of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 12, 1977 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of Leon and Edna J. (Southwood) Porter. Tim was a machine operator for Mutli Color in Scottsburg, Indiana, also a former employee of Tri-Hawk in Austin, Indiana and the old Exopack in Seymour, Indiana. He graduated from Austin High School in 1996 and was a member of the Broadway Pentecostal Church in Austin, Indiana. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Leon Porter; a sister, Rebecca Porter-Coomer; a brother, Rickey Porter and both sets of grandparents. Survivors include his mother, Edna J. Porter of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sisters, Lana Jones and her husband Doug and Rachel Porter all of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Shawn Porter Barger of Scottsburg, Indiana; four nephews, Anthony Morris, Gavin Eldridge, Jacob and Kaleb Smith; two nieces, Kristen Coomer and Tara Morris; two great nephews, Darryn and Hagen Morris, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Online condolences:www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
