Of all the people I have met in the 26 years I've been in Scott County I can truly say you were at the top of the list of people I have the most respect for. You were 100% real. I will miss you. Mike always called you Mayor Vic, teasing you about running for Mayor when Bill was done running. I would have run to the polls to vote for you.

I remember Vicki telling me of when she first knew that Jesus Christ is real. The moment she came to faith in Him was in a Christmas Eve service at Lexington Presbyterian Church. It happened at midnight when we rang the church bell to celebrate His birthday and then sang "Joy to the World". What a special moment for her. Now she is with Him. Bless all of you. In Christ, Rev.
