William P. “Bill” Miller, Jr., 61, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on September 26, 1956 in Bellflower, California, the son of the late William P. Miller, Sr. and Margaret M. (Belshaw) Miller. Bill graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1974 and was a retired truck driver for National Distributors in Sellersburg, Indiana. He was a member of the Church of the American Martyrs, the Knights of Columbus Council # 8052 and the Brothers of Thunder Christian Motorcycle Club. Bill had also volunteered at the food pantry in Henryville, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Cara Dawn Nasby. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Nadine (Cable) Miller; two daughters, Stephany Miller and Billie Jo Price both of Scottsburg, Indiana; two stepsons, Raymond Nasby, Jr. and Michael Nasby both of Scottsburg, Indiana; a stepdaughter, Sheila and husband John Campbell of Scottsburg, Indiana; two sisters, Peggy and husband Larry Lofton of Ormond Beach, Florida and Pamela J. Helfrich of Indianapolis, Indiana; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial Service: 12:00 Noon Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017 at Underwood Baptist Church with Pastor Bart Smith officiating. Bill's family will receive friends from 10 am to 12 Noon Tuesday at Underwood Baptist Church.

BJ, NaeDean and family: I want to say how very sorry I am about Bill. I have some great memories of Bill and NaeDean as well. I have known you both for most of my life and I will always remember Bill's warm smile and that Gold tooth. I want you all to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. And for Steph and Desi you all are in our thoughts and prayers. We Love you all. Tam, Tom and Emily.
