Angela Marie West, 49, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018. She was born on November 18, 1968 in Jacksonville, Florida, the daughter of the late Lewis E. West, Jr. and Constance Lee (Phillips) West-Stoner. Angela was a homemaker, but also formerly worked at the old Pizza King and Waffle House in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and Abate and enjoyed crafts, puzzles, video games and especially her music. Angela was preceded in death by her parents; her fiance’, Louis Smith, Jr.; a granddaughter, Kimberly Bowling and a half brother, Lewis E. West, III. Survivors include four daughters, Nina Warnell and husband Shawn of Austin, Indiana, Michelle Hobbs and husband Darin Powers, Samantha Hobbs and Brandy Hobbs-Parkinson all of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Claude Dale West and fiance’ Stephanie Pierce of Sellersburg, Indiana; two half sisters, Diana Lee and Gloria Adams both of Indianapolis, Indiana and seven grandchildren, Kristen, Jerica, Jamie, Damien, Kaylee, Riley and Domanic.
