Anthony W. Halbrook, 50, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at University Of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born September 8, 1966 in Winchester, Indiana, the son of Richard Halbrook and Margaret Ann (Cooper) Clark. Anthony was a former employee of Jendy’s Pizza in Scottsburg, Indiana and New Hope Services in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his mother, two sisters and a brother. Survivors include a sister, Penny Masur-Major; two half brothers, Evert Tulley and Justin Clark; a half sister, Chandra Tulley and several nieces and nephews.
