Barbara A. Lambert, 81, of Crothersville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Lutheran Community Home in Seymour, Indiana. She was born in Scott County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Hayes Collings and Grace (Hancock) Collings. Barbara was a retired bus driver for the Seymour Parks Department in Seymour, Indiana, a member of the Vienna Baptist Church and was a former member of the O.E.S. Chapter # 107 and the Seniors Club at the Crothersville Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Newt, Joe, Donald and Cyril “Pap” Collings and a sister, Laurel McKnight. Survivors include her husband, Jay S. Lambert; two daughters, Carol J. (Jim) Byford of Columbus, Indiana and Judy (Gary) Foist of Crothersville, Indiana; a sister, Phyllis (Paul) Bush of Scottsburg, Indiana; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
