Brandy Lynn Bowling, 45, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence. She was born on February 22, 1974 in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the daughter of Richard and Ruth L. (DeGrandchamp) Quandt. Brandy was a homemaker, liked doing arts and crafts and especially painting.  She was preceded in death by her mother.  Survivors include her companion of 15 years, John Sebastian; a daughter, Kelsey P. Taylor of Lexington, Indiana; her father, Richard Quandt of Michigan; a brother, Jason Quandt of Port Huron, Michigan and a niece, Kimberly Quandt.
