Brenda (Weston) King, 56, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at her residence. She was born on January 12, 1963 in Clinton County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Perry Lewis Weston and Virginia Mae (Coe) Weston-Howell. Brenda was the manager of Smoker Friendly in Scottsburg, Indiana, where she worked for 18 years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jesse L. Weston and three brothers, Alfred, Dale and Ray Weston. Survivors include her husband, John E. King; a daughter, Cristie Marshall (Bobby) of Scottsburg, Indiana; four sisters, Charlotte McCowan and Anna Blythe both of Scottsburg, Indiana, Peggy Vincent (William) of Louisville, Kentucky and Faye Armstrong (Dale) of Deputy, Indiana; two brothers, Ernie Weston (Edna) of Austin, Indiana and James Weston of Lexington, Indiana; two grandchildren, Raelynn Weston and Destiny Lessig and two great grandchildren, Hayden Butler and Rylee Lessig.
