David, I miss you unconditionally. You was my step-dad, and we fought a lot but I still loved you. You'll be missed dearly. I can't believe you're gone, you left so early. I can remember when we first met, you had given me a Great Wolfe Lodge t-shirt and it was pink. That night you was taking mom out on a date, I was teasing you saying to be home before bed time so she could tuck me in. Later on we went to your mom's house to meet everybody. I was hiding behind my mom because I was shy, shockingly. After you introduced me to everyone we went into what's now the game room, in that room was a piano and a pool table, which you taught me how to play. I learned how to drive a tractor/gator, I learned how to fish, cook, mow the grass (once I was heavy enough),shoot guns, hunt, swim.. just simple things. You'll always be remembered. We sure will miss you down here, fly high!

Where does a sister begin? From the little brown eyed boy with a butch hair cut and pointed cowboy boots to a grown man with pointed cowboy boots! I have seen you grow and become such a wonderful man. We have fought and scrapped and hugged and cried together thru so many things. I miss you little brother, and my heart is broken. I love you- I will not say good-bye, but see you on the other side. Give all the family big hugs from me, I will see you all again some day! All My Love, Diane (DI- SIS)

Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. David always has such a sweet smile. I remember so many times with him hanging out with my brother and being a part of gatherings at Chris's place. He is gone way too soon and will be missed by so many, but I know he is rejoicing with his mom and dad and having a grand time. May God bless all of you in this sad time. When I worked at LG&E Muldraugh Office, we had lots of fun.... your favorite saying was "Come on with that" in a deep voice... so funny.... You were always smiling and a pleasure to work with, you will be missed by all of us at LG&E that ever had the pleasure to work with you. RIP, and watch over all of us from the heavens.....
