Delores K. “Dee Dee” Copple, 56, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on February 28, 2017 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on November 11, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late James Henderson Colvin and Dorothy Jane (Johnson) Colvin. Dee Dee was a retired assistant manager from the Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles in Scottsburg, Indiana, where she worked for 20 years. She was married on April 12, 1978 to Steve Copple, who survives. Dee Dee was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John David Copple; a sister, Jewell Ohrman; sister and brother in law, Alice and Danny Spicer; two brothers, Joe and Clifford White; brother in law, Danny Dry; two nieces, Amanda and Samantha Cable; three nephews, Danny, Dion and Damon Spicer. Survivors in addition to her husband, Steve include two sons, James Copple and his wife Jennifer of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky and Eric Copple and his wife Tiffany of Scottsburg, Indiana; two daughters, Tracy South and her husband Nick of Scottsburg, Indiana and Stacy Copple of Scottsburg, Indiana; five sisters, Violet Marie Peck (Bill) of Louisville, Kentucky, Betty Dry of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Coletta Sue White of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Bonnie Stilger (Richard) of Louisville, Kentucky and Sonya White of Shelbyville, Indiana; and two brothers, James Ohrman (Marty) of Topeka, Kanas and Paul White of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren, Paxton, Layla, Jonah, Ella, Olivia and Micah Copple, Colin, Leah, Gavin and Owyn South, Kelsi and Isaac Holbrook.
