Dessie “Sue” Case, 65, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Hickory Creek of Scottsburg. She was born on April 7, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Walter Ridener and Mary (Proffitt) Ridener. Sue was a homemaker and was baptized at New Freedom Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. She loved her family and enjoyed crocheting and reading. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Case and three brothers. Survivors include a daughter, Crystal Hensley (Sherry) of Worthville, Kentucky; three sons, John M Wagner, Jr. of Scottsburg, Indiana, Jessie Cornelius (Amy) of Rubicon, Wisconsin and Mick Cornelius, Scottsburg, Indiana; four brothers Donald Ridener (Jenny) of Covington, Kentucky, Jim Ridener of Sparta, Kentucky, Sam Ridener (Linda) of Austin, Indiana and Harold Ridener (Brenda) of Cincinnati, Ohio; six grandchildren, Michael Hensley (Amanda), David Hensley (April), Chasity Hensley and Jessie Sue Hensley (Mark), Kylee and Haylee Cornelius and ten great grandchildren.
