Dymtri Samuel “Dima’ Weddington, 25, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident near Underwood, Indiana. He was born on December 30, 1992 in Odessa, Ukraine and graduated from Scottsburg High School in 2012. He was a contractor and owner of Weddington Handy in Scottsburg, Indiana and a member of the Memphis Christian Church. Dima loved working on anything mechanical and that went fast. He especially liked working with cars, remote control vehicles and enjoyed all water sports. Dima was preceded in death by a brother, David Weddington. Survivors include his father, Samuel D. Weddington of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother, Suzette Weddington of Ocala, Florida; two sisters, Anna Scott Weddington of Haynes City, Florida and Ekaterina Suzette Weddington of Ossining, New York; a brother, Alexander David “Sasha” Weddington of Jeffersonville, Indiana; grandmother, Deanna Clotfelter of Ocala, Florida; a niece, Hanna Jade Reed; a nephew, David Kaleb Weddington, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
