Earle Jeffrey Vandegrift, 39, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Scott Memorial Hospital.  He was born on December 12, 1974 in Madison, Indiana.  Jeffrey was a forklift operator for U.P.S. in Louisville, Kentucky, a former employee of Seymour Tubing and a graduate of Scottsburg High School Class of 1994.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred F. “Mickey” Vandegrift.  Survivors include his wife, Stefanie A. (Hoard) Vandegrift;  two sons, Bradley Vandegrift of Scottsburg, Indiana and Logan Vandegrift of Shelbyville, Indiana; a daughter, Jasmine Vandegrift of Scottsburg, Indiana; five stepdaughters, Leslie Anderson of Crystal River, Florida, Cheyenne, Sierra, Montana and Seminole Anderson all of Scottsburg, Indiana; his father, Earle D. Vandegrift of Scottsburg, Indiana and a sister, Teresa D. Lafferty (Al) of Scottsburg, Indiana; two step grandchildren, Kimberly and Liam, a nephew, Justin Vandegrift (Amanda), a great nephew, Jackson Vandegrift and several uncles, aunts and cousins.  Memorial Contributions: To the family c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
