Elizabeth Sweet-Fisher, 95, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 06, 2015 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home.   She was born in Lafayette, Indiana, the daughter of the late R.J. and Florence (Justice) Lank. Elizabeth was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church in Scottsburg, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Irven H.  Sweet on Oct. 8, 1963 and her second husband, Leonard  Fisher on Dec. 22, 1996.  In addition to her spouses, she was preceded in death by three sons, Robert, James and Irven H. Sweet, Jr. and a sister, Frances Sweet. Survivors include two sons, Herman Sweet (Amanda) and Ricky Sweet (Genia) all of Scottsburg, Indiana; five daughters, Sally Fluhr of Henryville, Indiana, Patricia Amos, Florence Powers, Dixie Robinson (Ed) and Debra Hurtt (Ira) all of Scottsburg, Indiana; thirty-nine grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
