Glenn H. Norris

Glenn H. Norris, 60, of Deputy, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019. He was born on June 13, 1958 in Hammond, Indiana, the son of S. Ray Norris and Beatrice (Kaduk) Norris. Glenn attended the St. Patrick’s Chapel in Madison, Indiana, enjoyed all outdoor activities and was an avid camper and fisherman. Glenn was preceded in death by his father, S. Ray Norris. Survivors include a son, Ray H. Norris of Deputy, Indiana; his mother, Beatrice Norris of Lisle, Illinois; two brothers, Gregg Norris and his wife Leslee of Calumet City, Illinois and Garry Norris and his wife Valerie of Woodridge, Illinois; five nieces and nephews, Melissa, Ashley, Ryan, Gavin and Avery; four great nieces and one great nephew.

 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the St. Patrick's Chapel, 305 W. State Street, Madison, Indiana with Father Chris Craig officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 pm on Thursday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Cremation will be entrusted to Collins Funeral Home following Glenn's services.

Here's to a first cousin that I didn't get to know that well as we grew up but I know he was a first rate guy with love and family at the heart of his existence. God bless Glenn, may he rest in peace. Peace and love to his mother, Bea, brothers Gregg and Garry, son Ray and the rest of his immediate family. This is a tough road we all walk.
