Guin Richey, 87, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Salem Crossing in Salem, Indiana. She was born on September 14, 1927 in Campbellsville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Walter Henry and Nellie Elizabeth (Waggner) Humphrey. Guin was a homemaker and a member of Zoah Christian Church, where she had participated and was very active in all areas of her church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Richey; a daughter, Debra Richey-Kalbfleisch and a brother, Kenneth Humphrey. Survivors include two granddaughters, Kara Dulaney (Tim) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Kristen Hurst (Andy) of Newburg, Indiana; two brothers, Bob Humphrey of Louisville, Kentucky and Sandford Humphrey (Janice) of Louisville, Kentucky; a sister-in-law, Polly Humphrey of Salem, Indiana and four grandchildren, Christopher and Brooklyn Hurst and Ellie and Adalyn Dulaney.  Online condolences: www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
