Hailee Lynn Foist, infant daughter of Kay-Lynn and Tyler Foist of Brownstown, passed peacefully in her mother’s arms Friday, May 8th, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Hailee was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Jeanne Perkinson and Marvin and Joann Foist.  Survivors in addition to her parents include her twin infant brother, Hayden Tyler Foist; grandparents, Jackie and Londa Perkinson and Brian and Melanie Foist; an aunt, Regina (Josh) Helton; an uncle, Brandon (Candace) Foist; great grandparents, Jack Perkinson, Wilma Taylor, Roger and Carolyn Sue Dixon; great great grandmother, Jean Ackers, and cousins, Peyton Helton, Brenton Foist and Erika and Angelina Corya.  Interment was in Scottsburg Cemetery.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the family c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.  Hailee will always be remembered in our hearts and never forgotten.  Online condolences: www.collinsfuneralhome.net
