Jack Elliott Hart, 3 and 1/2 months, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Kosair Children’s Hospital. He was born on January 20, 2014 in Louisville, Kentucky, and was the infant son of Gabriel E. Hart and Laura M. (Mills) Hart of Louisville. Survivors include in addition to his parents include his grandparents; Jeff and Linda Mills of Scottsburg, Indiana and Larry and Rita Hart of Warren, Ohio; great grandparents, Ralph and Sue Horn of Scottsburg, Indiana, Howard and Dotty Mills of Deputy, Indiana and Jacqueline Spraque of Middlefield, Ohio and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation was requested and services were private.
