Jerry W. Davenport, 71, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 24, 1948 in Paducah, Kentucky, the son of the late Conley and Evelyn (Perdue) Davenport. Jerry loved to watch Television and enjoyed all kinds of food. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Nonnie Jean Mullins, Louise Davenport, Jane Dean and Mae F. Boston. Survivors include a sister, Wanda Shields of Paducah, Kentucky; a niece who helped care for him, Lynette Gilbert of Lexington, Indiana and several other nieces and nephews. Cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Interment will be at a later date in Lexington Cemetery.
