John A. Wohler, 96 of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Hampton Oaks Health Campus in Scottsburg, Indiana. He was born in Zenas, Indiana, the son of the late George and Elizabeth (Kanell) Wohler. John was a retired farmer and a former bus driver for many years for Scott County School District II. He was a member of First Baptist Church and a former member of New Providence Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Herman, Henry, and William Wohler and two sisters, Clara Wohler and Anna Richards. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Mary L. (Sands) Wohler; a daughter, JoElla (Gary) Coots of Vincennes, Indiana; a son, Dwayne (Shirley) Wohler of Austin, Indiana; two grandchildren, Tim and Andrew Coots and three great grandchildren, Cameron Smith, Claudia and Nicollette Coots.   Memorial Contributions: First Baptist or New Providence Baptist Church c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
