Joseph E. McGlothlin, 73, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He was born on December 22, 1944 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Herschel Winfred and Lydia (Nellinger) McGlothlin. He was a retired School Teacher at Scottsburg High School in Scottsburg, Indiana for 38 years and a member of the Scottsburg Church of Christ. He was married to Carol Ann LaMaster McGlothlin, who passed away Jan. 31, 2011. Survivors include, his daughter, Lori McGlothlin and Jake Ham of Greenwood, Indiana; a son, Cort L. (Melinda K.) McGlothlin of Scottsburg, Indiana; two brothers: Marvin McGlothlin of Scottsburg, Indiana and Wylie McGlothlin of New Castle, Indiana; five grandchildren: Kelsey, Keegan, and Kylie Ham, Allison and Grant McGlothlin; A special thanks to his extended family; Philip Shepherd and family, Angie White and Brook Stidham and family all of Scottsburg, Indiana.
