Joyce A. Hall, 74, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Hampton Oaks Health Campus in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was born on April 20, 1944 in Connersville, Indiana, the daughter of the late Clyde W. and Elsie M. Biddle. Joyce was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Hall and a son, Tim Hall. Survivors include two sons, Rob Hall of Columbus, Ohio and Tommy Hall of Willisburg, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Brittany Fagan of Seymour, Indiana and two great granddaughters, Rylee and Brynlee Fagen.
