Juanita Hazel Saylor-Sutton, 93, of Deputy, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Hanover Nursing Center in Hanover, Indiana. She was born on November 16, 1923 in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of the late Bicknell Murphy and Grace (Lewis) Sutton. Juanita was a retired attendant at the old Madison State Hospital in Madison, Indiana, also a former Teachers Aide at Deputy Elementary School and a homemaker. She was a member of the Scaffold Lick Baptist Church near Scottsburg, Indiana and loved tending and growing her flowers. Juanita was preceded in death by her first husband, Dempsey Saylor, on November 17, 1979 and her second husband, Lowell Sutton on January 23, 2013 and two sisters, Norma Jean and Margaret Murphy. Survivors include her daughter, Roselyn Watkins and her husband Larry of Lexington, Indiana; two sons, Stephen D. Saylor and his wife Shirley of St. Johns, Michigan and Max W. Saylor and his wife Theresa of Berlin, Wisconsin; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
