Kane Edward Lucas, 5 week old infant son of Shane Lucas and Heather Neace of Deputy, Indiana, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on June 24, 2018 in Louisville, Kentucky. Survivors in addition to his parents include a sister, Paige McVey of Deputy, Indiana; twin brother, Kaleb Lane Lucas of Deputy, Indiana; his grandparents, Tammy Fugate and Kevin Croxton, Bruce and Juanita Neace all of Deputy, Indiana, Dorian and Lana Lucas of Scottsburg, Indiana and Sherry and Dave Cunningham of Peru, Indiana; great grandparents, Fran and Steve Lucas of Logansport, Indiana and Vernon and Shirley Neace of Deputy, Indiana; a great great grandmother, Helen Manus of Logansport, Indiana; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, including his aunt, Hali Neace.
