So heartbreaking to hear this news. I hoped it was somehow just a rumor but it just became real. I've always held a high level of respect for Kelley. I first met him when he let me shadow him on a sales call for a college course. This transitioned into me working with him my last 2 summers while getting my landscape horticulture and design degree from Purdue. We spent alot of hours in conversation and he taught me even more than I realized at the time. The best thing I took from it was his friendship. Even though I wouldn't see him for long spans of time we would always pick right up in conversation everytime we met as if I had just seen him. Jean, Katie and Kyle, I'm so sorry for your loss but please take comfort in knowing that this wonderful husband/father/friend has left behind a great legacy for so many people. Even more than he probably realized. You are in my prayers and may God embrace you in these trying times.

My most sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Robbins for your loss. He is one of a kind and always managed to make me laugh. He did not know a stranger and could talk your socks off. We need more people in the world like him. May the angels in heaven bless you dear sir and may you have eternal peace.

Jean, Kyle, Katie, and Jared, Barbie and I send our sincere sympathy to you all and your families. Kelley was one of a kind, and we so enjoyed our annual trip to get our Christmas tree. Of course we talked more about our beloved Boilermakers, and perhaps a sprinkling of politics as well. We are praying for God's peace and comfort and Jesus' love during this time of sorrow. Barbie and Skip
