Lois Helen Gross, 88, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Hampton Oaks Health Campus.   She was born on July 26, 1926 in Kirkland, Indiana, the daughter of the late Jesse Henry and Maud (Smith) Cochran.  Lois was a retired packing line employee for Dixon’s Christian Novelty Distributor in Seymour, Indiana, former co-owner of the old Gross Green House in Little York, Indiana and a member of the Mt. Eden Christian Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred B. “Berkey” Gross on Dec. 24, 1991; three brothers, Lloyd, Leland and George Cochran and two sisters, Doris McCleery and Hazel Aldridge.  Survivors include a son, Rodney L. Gross and his wife, Linda of Clarksville, Indiana; a sister, Alma Fricke of Seymour, Indiana; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.   Memorial Contributions: Mt.
