So sorry to hear of Lucy's passing. Mike and I got to know her whenever Robert & Lillian Murphy were at Scott Villa. I visited with her many times and always enjoyed doing so. She was such a gentle soul. I was privileged to watch her work on the quilt diligently that she was doing as a wedding gift for her grandson. I couldn't believe how she did it right there from her bed in the nursing home. She was determined to finish it and she did. It was absolutely beautiful. I kidded her about making one for me. She said that she believed she was through with quilts. We want you, her family, to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this time..
